Keith Krach has been confirmed by\u00a0unanimous vote of the US Senate\u00a0as\u00a0Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment and several other key posts.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Today, the United States Senate confirmed the 2018 Life & News Transformational Leader of the Year<\/a>, Keith Krach, by unanimous consent\u00a0as the newest Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment, the United States Alternate Governor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the United States Alternate Governor of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.<\/p>\n

Originally nominated by the White House<\/a> in January, Mr. Krach was\u00a0later\u00a0unanimously endorsed by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee<\/a>\u00a0which led to today’s unanimous confirmation vote by the Senate,\u00a0underscoring\u00a0the The United States’ utmost faith in Mr. Krach to carry out the duties set before him.<\/p>\n

According to the office\u2019s\u00a0official website<\/a>, The Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment,\u00a0leads the US Department of State\u2019s efforts to develop and implement international policies related to economic growth, energy, agriculture, the ocean, the environment, and science and technology.<\/p>\n

Today, we choose to name the award after Mr. Krach in perpetuity because we believe Mr. Krach is without question, a shining model of transformational leadership who will serve as an enduring example to aspiring leaders for many decades to come.”<\/p>\n
